Shipping
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow your parcel door to door.
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Returns
We want your ritual to feel right. If a product isn't working for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will guide you through the return process. Items should be unused and in their original packaging; light-therapy devices should include all accessories.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us with a photo and your order number and we will make it right — quickly.
