Why Patients Choose Ageless Living: A Pharmacist, a Physician and No Treatment Menu

Founded by a pharmacist and an internal medicine physician, with three clinics across BC and more than ten years of care. What a physician-led model changes, and what patients say about it.

Most people who arrive at Ageless Living have already tried something. A med spa treatment that did not hold. A supplement stack from the internet. A doctor's visit that ended with normal results and no explanation. What they are looking for is not another product; it is someone who will read the whole picture before recommending anything. That is the model the clinic was built on, and it is why patients stay.

Founded by a pharmacist and a physician

Ageless Living was founded by Michael Forbes, a compounding pharmacist, and Dr. Jean Paul Lim, an internal medicine physician. One is fluent in what a correctly dosed prescription can do; the other in reading a complex patient before writing one. The clinic's approach follows from that pairing: most problems people arrive with are hormonal, metabolic or nutritional, and they show up in a long conversation and a wide panel of bloodwork, not a short one.

What we are not

We are not a med spa. There is no treatment menu at reception, no packages sold at the front desk, and no procedure before a physician has seen your labs. Licensed physicians oversee every treatment from bloodwork to aesthetics, and a first consult is a full hour that ends with a diagnostic plan, not a booking.

Four pillars that work together

  • Hormone Balancing: extended testing, a sixty-minute physician review, bioidentical therapy where indicated, structured re-testing.
  • Skin Rejuvenation: assessment first, then resurfacing, light, laser and conservatively dosed injectables sequenced into a written plan.
  • Health Weight Program: metabolic bloodwork, body composition analysis, pharmacotherapy where indicated, and the protein and training guidance that protects muscle.
  • Biohacking: hyperbaric oxygen, red light, PEMF, neurofeedback, infrared sauna and IV nutrients, run as protocols against a goal.

Continuity as a clinical feature

Preventive medicine depends on noticing change over time. Each clinic keeps a consistent team, physicians, a pharmacist, nurses, aestheticians and the managers who hold it together, so the person reading your results at your follow-up is the one who ordered them. Appointments are spaced so the clinic is never crowded and never rushed.

What patients and the press say

The Langley clinic holds a 4.8 rating across dozens of Google reviews, and the Victoria and Kelowna clinics carry their own. One patient wrote that after years of adult acne she is now free and clear thanks to the knowledge and support of her aesthetician. The clinics have been profiled by Boulevard Magazine, Douglas Magazine, the Georgia Straight and New York Tech, on longevity medicine, bioidentical hormone therapy and the shift from reactive to preventive care. We would rather you read those than take our word for it.

Questions we hear

Where are the Ageless Living clinics?
Langley at 415-20178 96th Ave, Victoria at 101 Burnside Rd W #1, and Kelowna at 3320 Richter St #102, all in British Columbia. All three are by appointment and closed weekends.
Do I have to become a member?
No. Consultations and treatments are booked individually. An annual membership is available for patients in ongoing hormone or weight programs; the clinic will explain what it includes at your consultation.
Is Ageless Living a med spa?
No. It is a physician-led clinic. Aesthetic treatments are offered, but only after a consultation, and alongside hormone, metabolic and recovery care rather than off a menu.
